LabelTech Systems is not liable for delays caused by carriers or manufacturers, improper installation or misuse of equipment, losses due to downtime, production delays, or business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for any issue is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as permitted by the manufacturer.
9. Warranty
All warranties are provided directly by the product manufacturer. Warranty terms vary by brand. LabelTech Systems does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing or production. Special-order items, configured products, and items already shipped cannot be canceled.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Hawaii, unless otherwise required by law.
