At LabelTech Systems, we strive to deliver your industrial labeling and barcode equipment quickly, safely, and accurately. We work directly with our manufacturers and distributors to ensure all orders ship correctly and on time.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1β2 business days. Some industrial equipment may require additional lead time depending on manufacturer stock, custom configurations, or special-order items. If an item is backordered or requires extended lead time, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping Methods
We ship using UPS, FedEx, DHL (for international), and LTL freight for heavy or oversized industrial equipment. The shipping carrier is determined by the manufacturer or distributor fulfilling your order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted manually for larger equipment. Some manufacturers offer free shipping on select products; others do not. Freight shipments requiring liftgate service or special handling may incur additional fees.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories (case-by-case depending on manufacturer), and Canada (select manufacturers only). If you are outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact us for availability.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Some manufacturers may provide tracking separately depending on their systems.
Freight Deliveries (LTL)
For large printers, print-and-apply systems, or heavy equipment: A valid phone number is required. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt to support a freight claim.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because we work with industrial manufacturers and specialized equipment, our return policy is structured to match manufacturer guidelines, which are typically more strict than consumer retail.
General Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be new, unused, and in original packaging. All accessories, manuals, cables, and components must be included. A return must be requested within [15β30] days of delivery (match manufacturer rules). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
These items cannot be returned: opened or used printers, custom-configured equipment, software licenses, printheads, consumables (labels, ribbons, cleaning kits), any product marked βspecial order,β or items that have been installed or powered on. These restrictions come directly from our manufacturers.
Restocking Fees
Most manufacturers charge a 15β25% restocking fee for approved returns. This varies by brand. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, proper packaging, and insurance on high-value equipment. We highly recommend shipping returns with tracking and insurance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product. Do not discard boxes or materials. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to repair, replace, or resolve the issue. Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt when possible.
Warranty Claims
All warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. If you experience an issue, contact us at sales@labeltechsystems.com and we will help route your claim to the appropriate manufacturer. Most manufacturers require serial numbers, photos, and status details. Warranty claims cannot be processed as returns unless the manufacturer authorizes it.
Refunds
Once a return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Restocking fees and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds typically take 3β7 business days to appear depending on your bank.
How to Request a Return
Email sales@labeltechsystems.com with your order number, the item to be returned, the reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will reply with next steps and an RMA if eligible.
